FABRICATION GUIDE

All types of saws can be used for cutting WPC boards and other products easily. Avoid overheating of the saws by normal cutting speed.

All the machining tools like CNC, lathes, oscillating tools and carving machines are used for WPC boards and thus beautiful patterns on boards are obtained.

Two boards can be joined by using different glues. Sheets can also be welded by hot air or fusion welding.

All the drilling equipment are used for WPC boards like used for wood. Drill bits can tear out chips of WPC sheets so clean the chips with time to prevent overheating.

Fretting

Racks/Cutouts
